Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship rings worldwide. Once your ring is ready to ship, we can get it out and delivered to you in a matter of 2 to 3 days. Read more about it in our Terms and Conditions

How long will it take before I receive it?

  • Orders placed and shipped within the United States are shipped within 5 to 7 business days depending on the complexity of your ring design. Once your ring is ready for shipment, once it leaves our facility, it takes 1 to 2 business days for it to get delivered to your address. To find out the exact date of delivery for your order, you may call  (213) 375-8994 or email [email protected]

Will I receive a tracking number when my order is ready?

  • Yes, once your order is ready for shipping, and a label has been made, you will receive a tracking number via email towards the end of day. If you received your tracking number at an earlier time you may not see any updates in the FedEx website. Do not worry, it just means that FedEx has not picked up and scanned the boxes. FedEx scans the packages around 7pm PST, come back to their website after 7pm PST and you should see updates.

Does the package come in a discreet box?

  • In order to ensure that the rings inside the shipping boxes are safe, we use a regular small FedEx box. This does not have any Beverly Diamonds logo or will show and indicate that a jewelry or diamond is inside. The shipping label will say our name as BD or Beverly D in order for the contents to remain safe and secured. Far away from the prying eyes of package thieves.

How will the ring be shipped to me safely?

  • We ship our rings via FedEx Insured Shipping with Signature Required. This means that the box will be delivered and hand over to you personally and the driver will require signature upon delivery.

If I live near your location, can I pick up from your location?

  • Yes. If you are near and would want to pick up your ring from our Los Angeles Location, you can set up a pick up date and time by calling us at (213) 375-8994

What if I am not home to sign for the package?

  • If you are not home to sign for the package, FedEx will leave a door tag and redeliver the next day. The tag usually has the date and time when they have attempted to deliver. Take note of the time as they might come around the same time the next day. They will try to deliver it 3 consecutive business days. If they are unable to deliver the package, they will hold it in the nearest FedEx facility for you to pick up. They will require identification upon pick up.
