What is non-returnable?
Rings, wedding bands, studs, pendants and bracelets, are non-returnable, but can only be exchanged or upgraded to another design as a one time courtesy within 30-days from the day the item is shipped to the customer.
Please remember, when you make a purchase with BeverlyDiamonds, our diamond specialists will be hand picking every single diamond and making your order from ground up to your color, clarity and/or choice of ring size, that is why our policy only allows exchanges and upgrades because we do work very hard in making these orders specially to your needs while offering "you" below retail prices! Duration of Exchange and Upgrade
The period of 30 Days begin from the day the item is shipped to the customer and not the day when we receive the order.
Procedure of Exchange or Upgrade
How to return an item for an exchange or upgrade?
1. Authorization Code. Call 1-855-456-8334 and you will be given a exchange or upgrade Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Apply the sticker to the outside of the box you are sending back for exchange or upgrade.
2. Packaging. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate, appraisal or/and gift items and those items are not returned, you may be liable for the $150 replacement cost. Keep in mind for security reasons, do not write any names on the box that refers to diamonds, jewelry or anything that has to do with jewelry.
3. Insure Your Package. Check your invoice, if the price of the item you're sending back is listed as:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached BeverlyDiamonds (Attention: FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.)
To insure a safe exchange or upgrade you must follow these instructions exactly as stated by us, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your exchange or upgrade.
