A diamond certificate is also at times referred to as a diamond grading report. A Diamond Certificate can be defined as a report or statement, issued by an independent Gemological Laboratory, that at the time of evaluation, the Diamond has been examined by experienced Diamond gemologist, using the required gemological instruments to determine the characteristics as stated on the Certificate.
